Mr David Collins is an economist with over 30 years of experience in international health, including working as resident advisor to the Ministries of Health of Kenya and South Africa.
He works for Management Sciences for Health, based in Massachusetts, USA, and is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at Boston University School of Public Health, where he teaches health care finance. He provides technical assistance and training to developing countries in all areas of health economics and finance, including the development and use of costing tools. Prior to joining MSH he was a program director for Save the Children UK.
