Tia is the Program Manager for the AIM Initiative responsible for providing oversight and technical support to national NTDs programmes in the implementation of strategies to improve access to care for persons affected by NTDs. She joined the AIM Initiative in 2017 and has since supported projects in Cameroon, Liberia, Myanmar and Nigeria to improve data quality for NTDs and integrated interventions across disease programmes. Tiawanlyn earned a dual Masters in Public Health and Applied Health Sciences from Indiana University-Bloomington. Since completing her education, she has supported Ministries of health starting with providing technical support to the Ministry of Health, first as a technical advisor to the Montserrado County Ebola Response Team and later as a technical advisor to the NTDs programme in Liberia.
