His experience includes serving on the Medical Assistance Program International as Country Program Manager, providing administrative and supervisory roles to ensure that programmes were implemented in line with objectives. Earlier, he worked on a number of USAID projects in Liberia. He has also worked with the German Development Corporation (GIZ) for six years as Community Development Officer and M&E Officer. Together, Mr. Borwah has more than fourteen years of progressive working experience in Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea. He holds a B.Sc. Degree in Economics and Masters in Educational Administration, Supervision and Evaluation. He has attended several training meetings, conferences on leadership dimension, program quality assurance and partnership building in the US, Europe and Africa.
